Return & Exchange Policy
If the delivered product is different from what you ordered, or if it is damaged or defective, we will offer an exchange for a replacement or a refund. (If a replacement is not available in stock, we will process a refund.) In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for both returning the defective item and reshipping the replacement.
Return & Exchange Period
Product exchanges or returns must be requested within 8 days of receiving the product. We cannot process returns or exchanges if more than 8 days have passed since delivery, so please ensure to contact us promptly.
Refund Processing
For returns that require a refund, we will process the refund within one week after the returned product arrives at our facility.
