At-Home Try-On Service

This service is available only to customers within Japan. We are unable to ship try-on samples to addresses outside of Japan.

For items featured on our website that include this link, MELETY offers an at-home try-on service.
Once you've decided which item you'd like to try, please make a note of its name or URL. Please be aware that the items lent for try-on are sample pieces.

Try-ons in locations other than your home are not permitted.

Standard Loan Schedule (3 days, 2 nights)

  • Day 1: MELETY ships the try-on sample
  • Day 2: Sample arrives at your home; try-on day
  • Day 3: Sample shipped back from your home
  • Day 4: Sample arrives back at MELETY

About the Try-On

  • One item per customer.
  • Sample stock is limited. We may decline requests if another customer has already reserved the item.
  • Items shipped (dresses etc.) are sample pieces. Color and stitching details may differ from the actual product. This service is provided so you can confirm sizing.

How to Apply

  • Please apply through the form below.
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 3 business days. Please use an email address you can reliably check. For mobile addresses, please disable domain restrictions or whitelist MELETY's email so the confirmation arrives.
  • If the confirmation email does not arrive, the application may not have completed — please contact us through the contact form.
  • Try-on appointments cannot be made for dates within one week of application.

Returning the Item After Try-On

  • Please use the original packaging and box to return the item.
  • If the return will be delayed, please notify us in advance.

※ Delays caused by shipping issues or other unavoidable circumstances are exempt.

Try-On Fees

  • The try-on service is free, and return shipping is covered by MELETY.

Damage or Stains on Try-On Samples

  • If the dress is damaged or stained due to customer negligence, we may charge for cleaning or repair. Please handle the sample with care.

[Examples of Charges]

  • If the dress is stained or absorbs strong odors (smoke, pets, perfume) requiring special cleaning: approx. ¥5,000 cleaning fee.
  • For tears or other damage requiring repair: from approx. ¥10,000 repair fee.

Other Notes

  • This service is available only to customers within Japan; international addresses are not eligible.
  • The try-on must be performed by the applicant themselves.
  • Please refrain from at-home try-ons for purposes other than considering a purchase.
  • Please avoid scheduling try-on periods during which you will be away from home.
