Home Try-On Service at MELETY
At MELETY, certain products listed on our website, indicated with a specific link, are eligible for our home try-on service.
If you wish to try on an item, please note down the product name or URL for reference. Kindly note that the items available for this service are sample pieces and may differ slightly from the actual products in terms of color or stitching details.
Please note: The home try-on service is strictly limited to your home. Trying on items at any other location is not permitted.
Home Try-On Schedule (3 Days, 2 Nights)
- Day 1: MELETY ships the sample to your address.
- Day 2: The sample arrives at your home. You can try it on.
- Day 3: You ship the sample back to MELETY.
- Day 4: MELETY receives the returned sample.
Important Notes About the Home Try-On Service
- Limit on Number of Items:
You may try on one item per request. Due to limited sample availability, your request may not be accommodated if the item is already booked by another customer. - Purpose of Samples:
Samples are provided to confirm the fit and general appearance of the item. They may differ slightly from the actual product, such as color or fine details. - Booking Timeline:
Please apply for your home try-on at least one week in advance.
How to Apply
- Submit your request through the application form at the bottom of this page.
- After submitting, MELETY will send you a confirmation email within 3 business days. Please ensure that you provide a valid and accessible email address.
- If you use a mobile email address, make sure to adjust your email settings to allow messages from MELETY.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 business days, your application may not have been successfully processed. Please contact us via the inquiry form for assistance.
Returning the Sample
- Please return the sample using the same packaging materials (box, protective wrapping, etc.) as provided.
- If there are any delays in returning the sample, please notify us immediately. Exceptions will be made for shipping delays or other unavoidable circumstances.
Try-On Fees
- The home try-on service is free of charge, including the return shipping fees.
Damage or Stains
- In the event that the sample item is damaged, stained, or acquires odors such as tobacco, pet smells, or strong perfumes due to customer negligence, we may charge for cleaning or repairs.
- Examples of charges:
- Cleaning fee for stains or odors: Approximately ¥5,000.
- Repair fee for damages: Approximately ¥10,000 or more.
- Please handle the sample item with care.
Additional Notes
- The home try-on service is limited to the applicant and cannot be used for any other purposes.
- Avoid scheduling try-ons during periods when you are not available at home.
