Fitting Sample Availability

Products listed with a try-on link on the MELETY website are available for home fitting.

Please note the product name and URL before applying. Only sample or display items are available for fitting.

Fittings outside your home are not permitted.

Basic Schedule (2 Nights, 3 Days)

• Day 1: Sample ships from MELETY
• Day 2: Sample arrives at your home and fitting begins
• Day 3: Return the sample from your home
• Day 4: Sample arrives back at MELETY

About Fitting

• Only one item per customer is available for fitting.
• As the number of sample items is limited, your request may be declined if the item is unavailable.
• Sample products may differ from actual products in color or stitching and are intended only for size reference.

How to Apply

• Use the application form at the bottom of the page.
• We will send a confirmation email within three business days. Please provide a valid email address you can access. If using a mobile email address, make sure to whitelist MELETY's email address to receive messages.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application may not be complete. Please contact us through the inquiry form.
• Fitting requests must be scheduled at least one week in advance.

Returning the Fitting Item

• Return the garment and packaging (box, materials, etc.) as received.
• If the return will be delayed, please contact us in advance.

* Delays due to shipping issues or unavoidable circumstances are exempt.

Fitting Fee

• Fitting is free. Return shipping is also covered by us.
